I should search the cart fo clues and ask nearby pilgrims if they witnessed something.
Search for the Culprit
The clues I've found point me to an Argonian in a red jerkin. Witnesses saw someone matching that description. Supposedly, he or she fled to the east. If the culprit is still here, I should search any dwellings or buildings in that area.
Search the Nearby Hut
I found a torn red jerkin outside a house in Hissmir. I should see if the relics are inside.
Talk to Wareem
I recovered the stolen relics. I should return them to Wareem
