Faction

At the beginning of the game, players will join one of three factions (or Alliances) that not only oppose the Imperials and Molag Bal's undead army, but will also battle one another for the imperial throne. These factions will each consist of three races who share a geographic and strategic alliance. Aldmeri Dominion Hailing from Summerset, Valenwood and Elsweyr in the southwest: Altmer Bosmer Khajiit Daggerfall Covenant Hailing from High Rock and Hammerfell in the northwest: Breton Orc Redguard Ebonheart Pact Hailing from Skyrim, Morrowind and Black Marsh north and east: Argonian Dunmer Nord
